Creatine changed my training - but it was almost impossible finding a product that tasted good, felt clean, and actually worked. Most supplements were either filled with junk, didn’t suit my diet, or felt like they weren’t made for people like me. Growing up across Asia, I never saw women in strength conversations. Performance nutrition felt like a closed club - technical, uninviting, and often inaccessible. So I decided to build the product I wish existed.

Growing up in Ireland, I was always surrounded by sport and adventure. When I moved to Hong Kong, I saw an opportunity to create a product which reflected this upbringing. Atlantic combines my love for sport, science and nutrition. We create supplements for people who do not want to compromise on taste, ethics or efficacy.
